The poster session provides an opportunity to present ongoing research projects, speculative or innovative work-in-progress papers and allow researchers to obtain feedback on their research results from knowledgeable conference attendees. All students, scientists and researchers are invited to submit an abstract for poster presentation. We welcome posters which share research across all disciplines related to Intelligent Transport Systems (see Topics Section on https://futuretransport.org/).
For consideration, abstracts have to be submitted no later than Wednesday, May the 1st through the Submit button on the home page into Confy submission system. Poster presenters will have to register to attend the conference and present their work.
Program Committee will evaluate all the poster proposal submitted by the notification deadline.
Proposals will be evaluated in two ways:
- Merit and clarity of the 250-word abstract; and
- Completeness of the proposal, particularly having well-developed content to understand all relevant aspects of the topic.
All posters must include the title and information about the author(s), including name(s), affiliation(s), etc. Posters typically include pictures, data, graphs, diagrams and narrative text on boards that are approximately 40×32 inches.
Authors are required to present their posters during scheduled times during the conference. These presentations are more like an ‘elevator pitch’ that summarize the poster content with attendees that stop by the poster to view it and ask questions.
